About Me
Hi, I’m Paula Paras! I’m a mom of three, currently based in Canada, and someone who’s always loved helping people and exploring new places. I work part-time remotely as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a U.S.-based winery, and part-time in person as an Administrative Assistant at a local nail salon—two roles that let me stay creative, organized, and connected.
Before settling in Canada, I spent years living and working abroad. I gained hands-on sales experience in Singapore and worked as both a barista and in sales in Australia. Those experiences shaped the way I connect with others and taught me to adapt, listen, and lead with heart.
I’ve been a Virtual Assistant since 2015, supporting business owners and teams behind the scenes with everything from admin to marketing. I also created Beyond Digital with Paula to offer flexible, reliable support, so entrepreneurs can focus on what matters most.
Outside of work, you’ll find me traveling (when I can), spending time with my kids, or simply enjoying good coffee and a chat with loved ones. Life’s busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
